We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concreate, pavers or inside a venue or home. We cannot any circumstances set up on a rocks, gravels or dirt.
Yes, we clean, sanitize, and dry our inflatables immediately after each event.
We usually cancel if the forecast is showing 35% or more. If you want to reschedule for a later time that is fine or we will refund 100% if no services were provided. If we arrive and set up and it starts raining we do keep your security deposit. We reserve the right to cancel, our equipment is very expensive and will ruin in the rain.
